Paul Kelly has established a rather unique niche market on the Sunshine Coast, specialising in only Brand New Homes and vacant land on which to build a brand new residence. He has formed a very successful working relationship with numerous local builders who appreciate him specialising in just their “spec” homes.

Paul has a building trade, sales and marketing background and has only sold brand new homes in the 20 years he has been in Australia. Born near London in the United Kingdom many years ago and having spent 14 years across the “ditch” in New Zealand before coming to Australia he has gained a wealth of experience in the building trade, himself a “hands on builder”, sales and marketing

Based in Kawana, Paul specialises in the southern end of the Sunshine Coast, from Caloundra up to Mountain Creek, just north of Kawana Island and inland to Beerwah and Landsborough

Paul has just completed a very successful number of years selling brand new houses at Bellvista in Caloundra, a fully planned community, beautifully detailed streetscapes, a large central lake home to numerous species of wild life and linked hike and bike trails, marketed by Stocklands, the Sunshine CoastÙs largest land developer

Paul has recently moved to Brightwater, Mountain Creek, a brand new residential community being developed by Stockland, to market and sell brand new homes on behalf of the local builders.

Paul collates detailed information on each house he markets as it commences construction and forwards it on to his website and brochures. This method sees many builders houses sold before completion and quite often enables the purchaser to have an input into materials, appliances and colour schemes. Once houses are completed and for sale Paul works from them, opening them on a daily basis for inspection so as to give them maximum exposure benefiting both builder and purchaser.
